Plot

What would you do if fate offered you to be someone else for one whole week?

Gianni is a Roman taxi driver with a well-established routine. He has a wife and two kids. He dreams of winning the lottery to turn his ordinary and bland life around, as he seems unable to change the flow himself. Hence, when a wealthy couple, leaving for a week in the Maldives, forgot the keys to their dream house villa in his cab, Gianni dares: he takes over the villa and it’s owner’s life, ending up in a carousel of feelings he had never experienced before, culminating with the unexpected encounter of Lola, a dream girl who believes in him and turns his world around. Gianni becomes a different man and the one with Lola really is “a whole other life” … he would give up anything to be with her, if it were not that, at the end of their weekly vacation the legit owners of the villa will return…
